I do(n't) need a man

I do not need a man to pay my bill.
I do not need a man to carry my purchases.
I do not need a man to change a light bulb.
I do not need a man to pay the restaurant.
All these things, I can do myself.
What do I need a man for that.

I need a friend.
I need a travel companion.
I need a lover of my soul.
